Due to the differences in everyone's individual make up it is impossible to guarantee permanency for every individual but it will belong-lasting. While some people may achieve permanent hair reduction after multiple sessions, others may experience regrowth over time. Maintenance sessions may be necessary to keep unwanted hair at bay. However, overall, laser hair removal is consideredthe most effective and semi-permanent solution for long-term hair reduction. 

The effectiveness of laser hair removal versus IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) can vary depending on individual factors such as skin tone and hair colour. Generally, laser hair removal is considered more effective than IPL for permanent hair reduction because it uses a concentrated beam of light that targets the hair follicles directly. This results in more precise and long-lasting hair removal compared to IPL, which disperses a broad spectrum of light that may not always reach the follicles to the same degree. 

This will depend on the size of the area or areas you want treated - your current hair concentration, its colours along with your  skin colour  will influence the amount of sessions required and therefore the total time and costs of your treatment. 

Laser hair removal is generally safe and effective for a wide range of hair and skin types. However, it is most effective on individuals with light skin and dark hair, as the laser targets the pigment in the hair follicles. People with darker skin tones or lighter hair may require more treatments to see results, as the laser may not be as effective at distinguishing between the hair and skin colour. 

The number of treatment sessions required to notice a difference in hair growth can vary depending on the individual, your skin and hair colour along with the condition of your hair follicles. Typically, most people begin to see some improvement in hair growth after 3 months of regular treatment sessions. 

While laser hair removal is generally considered safe, there are some minor potential side effects that you should be aware of. These can include skin irritation such as redness, swelling, and temporary discomfort during or after the treatment. In rare cases, some individuals may experience some skin reaction which is why we will always patch test to ensure treatment is safe for you.
